Notes to Guest

This is a privately own apartment, thus does not have any reception. Please contact the owner 1 day prior inform owner on arrival time & keys collection.
Security deposits is refundable after check out if no massive dirt, lost or damage
Due to hygiene concern, kindly prepare your own toothpaste and toothbrush, we will provide toiletries such as towel, body shampoo, hair shampoo and toilet tissue.
On arrival you will find your property clean and tidy, if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of RM50 each time.

Standard check in @ 2pm; check out @ 11am
Early check in or delay in check out can be arranged subject to availability
No smoking in the house, shoes off in the house
Durian, pets and explosive material are not allowed
Ilegal activities prohibited
No parties, No events, No loud music allowed
Light cooking is allowed (but heavy cooking is not encouraged)
Maximum 6 person allowed included both adult and children
Guest are advised to quiet down after 10pm so that other residents will have a quiet time for rest.
Penalty will be imposed for those who break one of the above house rules or damage our properties

Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus security deposits).
Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
Security deposits are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
